Short Statement: Receiving the Clifford Boro Scholarship is an incredible honor. My journey into mental health counseling was not conventional, but it was intentional. After building a career in communications and leadership, I chose to step into a field where impact is measured not in metrics, but in human healing. This scholarship affirms that bold pivots and purpose-driven work matter. I am profoundly grateful for the support as I continue building a practice dedicated to resilience, courage, and meaningful change.
